"We needed a relatively complex development work, and some of the requirements were actually unknown at the beginning. Chirag helped with all the gaps and unknowns we had, and patiently explained all that we didn’t know. He came up with the plan, and we worked together to finalise some of the specific requirements. I had worked with developers who like to power through development, and that experience was a bit stressful because we didn’t have updates for a while… Not with Chirag. He updated us every step, and we had plenty of time to ask questions, or make changes before it’s too late or we are too deep into a feature. We also had a bit of blockers in the middle of dev (on our side), and Chirag was so patient and professional about it, and we focused on other aspects of development until we managed to unblock ourselves. We have more dev phases planned for the next 2-3 months, and needles to say we’re coming to him before anyone else. We just hope he’s free to work with us when we’re ready.
