Jim is absolutely amazing! When we originally started, we had some set deadline goals that I wanted to meet until I had some health issues. He was so patient and understanding through all of that and helped me get my site exactly how I wanted it before we launched the new site. We came across a few hiccups when trying to add certain specific features that I wanted and he worked on them until they were just right! Jim did such an amazing job and it was such a pleasure to work with him! I already have another project for him, and I won't use anyone else now!!!

Working with Important Labs/Jim was an all-around great experience! We reached out to hire their team to help us develop a wholesale website. Jim not only helped us do just that but counseled us on ways to do it more cost-effectively and in a more organized fashion on our website's back end.

We got to work with Jim from Important Labs to migrate our Magento store over to Shopify. This included our entire product catalog with many variants, All past orders and customer information. We were very worried and hesitant about the switch and having to deal with issues with the migration process. During our initial phone call, Jim walked us through the process and shortly after provided a complete roadmap and timeline for the project. Communication or deadlines were never an issue as Jim was very responsive in getting back to us.

Jim was able to transfer all critical components from our Magento store to Shopify without any issues. All we needed to do was have the customers create a new account and they could see their entire order history. The products were setup perfectly along with the variants. One of the other challenges was to sync our Yotpo reviews to our new items, which Jim was also able to take care of without any problems.

He is very knowledgable on all things Shopify and even helped us with picking the right theme for our needs, and was able to make the necessary customizations. We highly recommend Jim and Important Labs for anything related to Shopify, wether it is a brand new project or migrating an existing website from other platforms such as Magento. We'll certainly continue to work with him on maintaining our Shopify store.
